Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do!! We wanted to make our products as available as possible for international friends!
Our Shipping Rates are based on postage costs, and unfortunately shipping internationally can be very expensive. We do price our shipping costs as low as we possible can. It was super important to us that our products are available all across the globe!

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes we do, but ONLY if the product is faulty or damaged, or you recieved the wrong item(s).

Do you offer returns/exchanges internationally? (for non-Australian customers)

We do not offer exchanges for international orders, however we can offer a refund or Gift Card Credit ONLY if the product you received was faulty, damaged or not the correct order.

How long will my order take to be shipped out?

The time frame that your order will be packed and shipped is dependent on whether there are a high number of orders at once. We estimate your order will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days.
If we expect any delays, we will keep you updated and notified.
We are a small business with a small team so we greatly appreciate your patience! If you have any concerns just kindly let us know :)

How long will my order take to be delivered?

This depends on where abouts your located and if there are any postage delays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details which will have an estimated delivery date. If you don't receive any updates 3 days after being notified that your package was shipped, feel free to reach out! And we will see if we can help follow this up for you.

Will i receive tracking for my order?

Yes you should!

This can take a few days after your package being shipped to allow the post office to process the package.
We estimate you should receive tracking details after 3 business days of your order being shipped.

Can i cancel / change my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or change your order once it is placed. Please make sure you double check your order for correct items and sizes before checking out!

Do you restock sold out designs?

It depends! Not every product will be restocked when sold out, so we say if you like it, get it while it's here! Depending on demand, some items may be restocked. But we just can't make any promised! We can say that new products and designs are always on the way though ;)

Are your products ethical / sustainable?

Yes! This was so incredibly important to us when starting Just Joy.
All of our products are printed locally in Australia. And we can ensure that they have been ethically sourced, as this was a priority for us when starting the business. Our notepads are printed on 100% recycled paper too!
Depending on what you purchase, our orders are shipped out in either bubble mailers or cardboard boxes. The tissue paper and honeycomb wrapping are sustainable and recyclable.

Who made the designs?

Each design for every product is all original and designed by Jess! It's super important to her that the products are from her, so that it's like a little gift from her to you. Gift giving is one of Jess' love language after all! So she just wants to make you feel special. And she loves that she creates all of the designs and the products. Even all the way to the text of this website, it's her handwriting :)

What is the sizing of the t shirts?

The T-shirts are a comfortable sized fit. They are a slightly oversized fit, which we love! Jess wears an XS in the photos for a guide of the fit. If you like a slightly oversized fit, you should be happy in your regular size, but if you prefer a more large oversized fit, maybe size up!

What sizes do you stock your t-shirts in?

We run sizes XS - 2XL!
