Refund policy
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS:
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY:
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, you have a right to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you believe your order is faulty or damaged, email contact@justjoybyjess.com with your order details to begin the return process.
You will be asked to provide photo or video proof of the faulty or damaged product.
The best thing to do is to inspect the product when you first receive your package, and to take a photo immediately if you notice there is an issue.
Refunds or exchanges will not apply to products that are damaged by customer error.
If your product is deemed as faulty or damaged and the refund or exchange goes ahead, we will cover the shipping cost.
The return address and next steps of the return will be provided to you during this process.
Upon receiving the returned order, we will assess the faulty or damaged item. If we confirm that the product does have a problem, we will reimburse you for the original purchase of the product. If you wish to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund, we will ship out the new product, and will cover the shipping cost.
If we find that the product does not have a problem, we have the right to make you pay the shipping costs and inspection time costs. The business must first give the consumer a reasonable estimate of the costs before charging.
WRONG ORDER:

If you receive the wrong size or the wrong product, you have a right to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your orders.
If you received the wrong order, email contact@justjoybyjess.com with your order details and photo evidence of what you received.
If we deem that you received the wrong size or wrong item from what you ordered, the business will contact you to proceed with the return/exchange. We will cover the shipping cost. If we discover that the size or item is what you originally ordered, the return or exchange will not go ahead.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
All international returns will be processed for either Credit Gift Card or Refund only. We cannot process international returns for exchange.
We will pay for the shipping to return your faulty or damaged product to us. Once your order is received, your purchase will either be refunded or given in Gift Card credit.
We can not approve an exchange for your item for any international customer.
CHANGE OF MIND:
We currently does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Meaning, if you got what you ordered but simply changed your mind. This also includes if you ordered the wrong size or style and received what you ordered. So please make sure, you double check your order before checking out.

We will keep you notified and updated through each step of the return process.
We will assess each return by a case by case scenario, but all returns will be processed based on this policy.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
