Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
ORDER QUANTITY:
As we are a small business, we have limited stock. We currently do not accept any bulk orders, and the maximum quantity you are able to order of one specific product is 3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if your order exceeds this limit. You will be notified and refunded the purchase order for any products over the maximum quantity. No more than the maximum quantity will be shipped to you.
Please note this condition is specific to individual products.
For example, the Print Bundle is a pack of 6, this can be ordered. You may order one of each print, with 6 in total. However, you are not able to order more than 5 of one specific product. So you may not order 6 of the same print.
We do not sell to businesses or suppliers for resale. The maximum order of one item is 3, as we are a small business with limited stock. We do not partake in bulk orders or consent to resale of our products.
RETURN POLICY:
We can process refunds or exchanges for faulty or damaged products or if you receive the wrong order ONLY. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All international returns will be processed as a Refund or by Credit Gift Card only. We can not process international exchanges.

PRICING:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Orders delivered internationally may be subject to custom duties and taxes associated by the destination country. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of you, as the recipient, where they are not included in the cost of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
All purchases are transacted in Australian Dollars. International currencies can be applied, and you can change which currency you view the website through. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
SHIPPING:
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your package (how many items purchased) and your location. We have done our best to make these shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice, if postage prices increase or decrease.
Your order will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days. This is dependent on whether there is a high number of orders being processed at once, for example when there is a new launch. We will keep you updated and notify you if there are any delays getting your order posted.
Once your order has been shipped, you should recieve an email with a tracking number. If you have received this within 3 business days of your order being shipped, please notify us at contact@justjoybyjess.com and we will help you out!
PROMOTIONS:
Our promotions that are advertised can end with no notice. If the promotion has ended, we will ensure they are no longer advertised to avoid any confusion.
